It depends on scope. A simple workflow automation might be a one-time setup fee. Larger projects use a setup fee plus a monthly retainer for ongoing support and new automations. I give you a clear proposal before any work starts.
Not at all. Most of my clients aren't technical. You tell me what's eating your time, I figure out the AI solution. I handle all the setup and you get a system that just works.
